Being much smaller than my opponents usually means I have to be faster. I'm not naturally a fast person. I am not going insane or pushing really hard, but I wanted to get a workout in and I also wanted my son to practice with our new gimbal (see below). He is a video creator as well but does not have very steady hands. With the gimbal he was able to get some amazing shots. Check out his channel: www.youtube.com/channel/UCfF21rZkgECSlFTq9VX2WtA The Workout: Warm-up: 2 minutes jumping jacks Intervals of 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest. Agility Ladder: Various drills Shuttle Run Agility Ladder Box Jump Agility Ladder Do five or six rounds (a total of 25-30 minutes). With the agility ladder, you can keep it very simple if that helps you work hard the entire period... and you MUST work your ass off the entire period. No messing around. When the 20 second break comes, breathe DEEP 5 times while getting ready for the next station. For the shuttle run and box jumps, to push myself I try to beat the number of reps/passes from the last round each time.
