Stress is a problem for all managers. Typically staff suffering stress go to their general practitioner (doctor) and are signed off from work for four weeks. This removes the stressors. But when the person returns, the stressors are still present and the stress is experienced again. What's needed is an integrated model of stress and a method of applying that model such that managers can understand stress and understand how to manage it before it costs them dear. This presentation provides that integrated model showing how to manage workplace stress.
