This is just a violent scene from this one cartoon that I used to watch when I was little. Can you believe that they showed this to children ? XD This is cartoon is called Black Cat Detective, or known in Chinese called Hei Mao Jing Zhan. I do not own Black Cat Detective. Black Cat detectove belongs to Shanghai Animation Film Studio.
